Our faculty's proposal to the Council of Higher Education to open a Ceramics Department was reviewed at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting on January 5, 2011, and the department was deemed appropriate in accordance with Article 7/d-2 of Law No. 2547, as amended by Law No. 2880. Necessary steps are being taken to ensure that the Ceramics Department, which has been approved, can begin education as soon as possible.
